Route Delivery Driver CDL

About the role
The Route Service Delivery Driver’s primary responsibilities are to provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers, accelerate growth through upselling, manage account information, and work safely. This role is highly interactive and requires the ability to safely operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV).
Pay
Earning potential of approximately $75,000 - $90,000 per year ($45,000 base pay + uncapped commission after training + customer tips), paid weekly. Training and service route rate of $5,096.66 per month, paid weekly. Commission earnings are approximate and depend on individual circumstances and effort.
Schedule
Monday - Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs). Start time: 6am, with an 8+ hour shift until workload completion.

Responsibilities
- Safety Focus:
- Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
- Follow defined safe work practices and complete DOT-required documentation daily
- Adhere to safety policies, including no use of electronic devices while driving and reporting on-the-job incidents or changes in driving status
- Service Orientation:
- Be courteous, outgoing, and maintain a professional image
- Meet each customer’s preferences by delivering correct products to the right location on schedule
- Maintain necessary delivery information, including cash and receipts
- Maximize efficiencies and propose actionable solutions to leadership
- Support team decisions and assist colleagues as needed
- Provide professional water dispenser cleaning services while adhering to quality processes
- Selling Skills:
- Adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines set by Primo Brands
- Upsell additional products and services to existing customers
- Achieve monthly customer acquisition goals
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (Primo Brands is a certified CDL provider and can assist with obtaining a Class B CDL where available)
- Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in various weather conditions
- Ability to interact effectively with customers in diverse settings
- Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 45 lbs., using product handling tools as appropriate (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle 40-55 times per day
- Ability to work an average 45-hour week or more, including variable start/end times
- Ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull, and walk throughout the day (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- Clean driving record, defined as:
- Only 1 license in the last 3 years
- No driving-related suspension, revocation, or cancellation
- No disqualifying offenses
- No more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents in the last 3 years
- No major driving offenses in the last 3 years, including DUI/DWI, refusal to test, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal accident
- Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement)
- Strong English language skills for effective communication with customers and team members
