About the role
Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Customer Service Representative to join their Denver team. The position offers paid training while learning to service an established customer route throughout the Denver area. No industry experience is required, as the company will teach you everything you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Service an established customer route
- Deliver and replenish cleaning and sanitation products
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial dishwashers
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Identify customer needs and recommend additional products or services when appropriate
- Operate a company vehicle throughout the workday
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (minimum 3 years)
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Strong communication skills
- Enjoys solving problems
- Experience in customer service, delivery, route sales, hospitality, retail management, warehouse, food service, pest control, pool service, uniform service, or field service is a plus—but not required.
Qualifications
- $24/hour starting pay
- Typical 45-hour workweek with overtime available
- First-year earnings of $65,000-$70,000
- Company vehicle provided during business hours
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Paid Training—no Industry Experience Required
- Career path into our Service & Sales Representative position, where first-year earnings typically range from $75,000-$80,000
Benefits
- Vacation: Earn up to 80 hours (2 weeks) in your first year, accrued each pay period
