Essential Duties

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of oil and gas production equipment including pumping units, separators, tank batteries, and associated equipment.
• Support installation and repair of oil storage tanks, flow lines, and production piping systems.
• Maintain well sites including mowing, brush cutting, and general lease maintenance.
• Maintain lease roads and assist with grading and drainage improvements.
• Assist with inspection and repair of flow lines and gathering systems.
• Load, transport, and stage materials and equipment at field locations.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
• Comply with company safety policies including Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO), and Hot Work Permit procedures.
• Assist field operators and maintenance personnel with daily operational tasks.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments.
• Ability to lift and carry tools, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to walk, bend, climb, and work around oilfield equipment.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of oilfield, mechanical, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Skills: Mechanical aptitude, teamwork, communication, and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred.
