Rough Carpenter/Crate Builder

About the role

AFI is looking to hire Rough Carpenter/Crate Builder Employees to help our business continue to grow. This candidate must be organized, self-motivated, and able to communicate with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Build patterns from sketches/drawings
• Build frames for molds and make side boards, split boards, stop-offs for patterns and molds
• Perform general carpentry work
• Clean his/her area after use and perform general housekeeping
• Perform any other duties requested by the Supervisor

Requirements

• Experience using table saws, chop saws, band saws, sanders, and other electric or air power tools
• Willingness to learn and the desire to put forth your best efforts

Qualifications

• Organized
• Self-motivated
• Communicates professionally

Skills

• Proficiency with table saws, chop saws, band saws, sanders, and other electric or air power tools
• General carpentry skills
