RotoGravure Imaging Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor Gravure Imaging cylinder manufacturing equipment
• Copper & Chrome electro plate lines
• Engraving equipment
• Ballard shell removal equipment
• Work in Progress (W.I.P.) & Long Term Storage (LTS) systems and overhead cranes
• Provide copper and chrome electro plate line chemistry control and auditing
• Implement Maintenance Control system for monitoring equipment needs
• Collaborate with plant Production Support personnel for safe and proficient equipment needs
• Collaborate with equipment vendors for safe and proficient equipment needs
• Support monitoring and best practices as it relates to supply chain
• Support miscellaneous production duties during peak demand volumes

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or higher education
• Past experience in production/manufacturing environment preferred
• An aptitude towards rotogravure print workflows and mechanical machine repair
• Knowledge of the Cylinder Ballard shell process helpful

Physical Demands

• Manual Dexterity: Requires skilled and accurate physical operations
• Physical Effort: Must be able to sit or stand for long periods, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 50 to 100 pounds
• Lift and/or move cylinder carts using >45 lbs of force
• Perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere
