Texas Tissue Converting is an established leader in the paper converting industry, producing a wide range of bath tissue and paper towel products for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide production teams.
• Enforce safety and company standards.
• Manage workflow, schedules, and training.
• Monitor output and drive improvements.
• Foster and grow the company culture of teamwork, respect, and continual improvement.
• Support Company's certifications and outside agency requirements related to production, including but not limited to: ISO 9001, HACCP, Food Safety, and Customer System Requirements.
• Promote teamwork and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5–10 years in manufacturing; supervisory experience required.
• Paper or food industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma required; technical degree a plus.
• Physically able to meet job demands.
• Able to work a rotating schedule to include nights, weekends, and potential holidays.
