Rotational Leadership Program - Business Associate

About the role

The Rotational Strategic Leadership Program at Alignment Health is designed for recent MBA graduates who are passionate about transforming the lives of seniors through innovative and impactful strategies. This program offers a unique 16-month experience where participants gain hands-on learning across various business areas, including clinical and business operations, financial modeling, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Work with and lead cross-functional teams to analyze comprehensive business processes and identify systemic financial and operational risks.
• Drive improvements in identified areas through strategic decision-making and implementation of solutions.
• Develop executive-ready analyses, presentations, and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Manage multiple, competing priorities and tasks with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• MBA or graduate-level degree
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in consulting, finance, analytics, operations, strategy, or healthcare-related roles
• Proven leadership experience through managing projects, leading initiatives, or influencing cross-functional teams
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make swift, customer-focused decisions
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience analyzing large, real-world datasets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to leadership audiences

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to take ownership of tasks and deliver measurable results
• Willingness to rotate across multiple functions, business units, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
