Roppe General Labor ($21.86/hr-$27.80/hr)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect the machine, and report any inconsistencies to the shift supervisor.
• Maintain and update scrap sheets.
• Absorb and comply with the safety, personal protective equipment (PPE), and quality standards established by the company.
• Work and communicate effectively with the supervisor of the assigned shift to optimize production flow.
• Inspect products for quality issues and package them according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to perform manual tasks in an indoor environment with varying temperatures.

• Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment, including Tow Motors, utility knives, tape measures, computers, telephones, copy machines, and calculators.
• Physical activity to semi-intensive level, including sitting, hand/arm manipulation, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, and crouching.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Education, Experience, And Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Additional Information

• Starting pay is $21.86/hr with an increase to $27.80/hr after 90 days of employment, depending on job placement.
• Second Shift: $1.00/hr shift premium.
• Third Shift: $0.75/hr shift premium.
