Rope Access Technician US
About the Role
Aerones is seeking skilled Rope Access Technicians to support operations on wind farm towers. Rope Access Technicians are responsible for establishing safe, code-compliant rope access systems that support robotic operations at height. When wind turbine blade damage — such as complex structural composite flaws — falls outside the scope of standard robotic repair capabilities, certified Level 3 RATs step onto the ropes to perform hands-on manual interventions, combining traditional rope access expertise. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of rope access and robotics, playing a critical role in the safety, precision, and success of wind turbine repair operations.
