Rope Access Technician – SPRAT Level 3 or IRATA Level 3

About the role

STRUCTURAL is currently recruiting for Rope Access Technicians to join our team performing work in New York City, NY.

Responsibilities

• Re-pointing
• Caulking
• Stone patching using color/texture matched mortars
• Brick demolition
• Brick installation
• Waterproofing

Requirements

• Maintains a valid SPRAT level 3 or IRATA level 3 card
• Understands basic principles of construction and common construction tools
• Demonstrates the ability to perform basic labor tasks with minimal supervision
• Willing to learn and grow as a team
• Willing to take direction and feedback in a high paced environment

Qualifications

• Provides own reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites
• Occasionally willing to travel to out of town projects

Skills

• OSHA 30 and NYC DOB SST card (a plus)

Benefits

• Earns between $50 - $65 per hour (based on experience)
