About the role

Pay
Starting at $15.00 per hour. Starting base pay is $13/hr, with tips pooled among all hourly crewmembers and paid out biweekly, boosting base pay by more than $2/hr. On any down weeks, Roots will pay the difference, bringing your take-home pay to a guaranteed $15/hr minimum. Bonus pay also available.
Schedule
Part-time with a flexible weekly schedule. Weekend availability required, Monday to Friday, day shift.
