About the role

Our Lodge Kohler team leads an action-packed boutique hotel just yards from Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers. Join our detail-oriented housekeeping team and help maintain the beauty and charm of our guest rooms and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Dusts and polishes metalwork
• Collects soiled linen for laundering
• Maintains housekeeping carts
• Removes trash collected by Room Attendants
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect newspapers, trash, soiled linen
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor closet
• Deliver towels, cribs, cots and other items to the guest rooms on requests
• Perform duties of Room Attendant when necessary
• Sort linen, stock room, and attendant closets
• Refill the par stock of guest amenities and supplies on each floor closet
• Help the Room Attendants with the heavy lifting as needed
• Clean all hotel guest corridors while following department standard operating procedures
• Assist Room Attendants with placing bed boards, roll-ways beds, extra bed etc.
• Report missing / found articles, damage or merchandise problems to the housekeeping supervisors
• Respond at all times in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other colleagues
• Take up any tasks assigned by the supervisors as and when needed
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards as assigned by venue
• Use radio to relay info

Requirements

• High School Diploma is preferred but not required
• Prior hotel/lodging experience is preferred but not required (level I)
• Candidate must speak, write, and/or understand English preferred but not required
• Must be detail oriented
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $13.10 - $19.60 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
