Room & Laundry Attendant

About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals like you to exceed expectations for cleanliness and keep our guests coming back again and again.

Responsibilities

• Providing high standards of cleanliness and sanitation for hotel guests.
• Cleaning all guest rooms and public spaces as assigned.
• Inspecting all room fixtures, furniture, televisions, radios, and heating & cooling equipment for maintenance needs and reporting when not in proper, functioning order.
• Wash, dry, and fold towels and sheets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience a plus.
• Must be able to operate power cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, shampooers, etc.
• Must possess strong attention to detail.
• Indoor environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals and various types of waste.
• Must be able to tolerate standing and walking for 8 – 10 hour shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push a cart weighing up to 150 lbs.
• Weekend, holiday, and varied hours may apply.

Pay & schedule

• Shift: 9am-5pm
• Days off: Monday/Tuesday
• $16.50/hour
• Get paid when you need it – daily, weekly or biweekly!
