About the role
You will lead our housekeeping team, ensure their work meets our high standards of cleanliness, and go above and beyond guest expectations to achieve that “wow” factor for repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train the housekeeping staff
- Ensure all rooms and common areas are clean and presentable
- Oversee daily cleaning schedules and ensure adherence to established protocols
- Communicate directly with guests to address concerns and provide exceptional service
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to identify areas needing improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Speaking and writing)
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Experience with hotel operations and guest services
