Room Attendants

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel and IHG brand standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities
• Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all surfaces
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
• Ensure carts are stocked and organized at all times
• Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests when needed

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Weekend and holiday availability required
