Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Clean all rooms to exceed hotel and company standards
• Responsible for all uniforms, equipment, and supplies
• Communicate with staff on the status of all cleaned rooms
• Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest concerns
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas
• Inform management of any hazardous situations, emergencies, or security threats
• Promote safety in all guest areas by following strict procedures with respect to passkeys, entry to guestrooms, and reporting any suspicious activity
