Room Attendant - ZYREA
Your Day to Day
- Maintain cleanliness and freshness of rooms and suites
- Help guests with requests such as providing toothbrushes or directions
- Keep supervisor informed of room service progress and notify of needed repairs
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment when necessary
- Stay organized with supplies and amenities, minimizing waste
- Return misplaced items to their owners and report lost items
- Wear uniform appropriately and present a professional appearance
- Perform additional tasks as directed, such as assisting with deep cleaning projects or turndown services
- Monitor and control supplies and amenities within housekeeping areas
- Report and manage lost and found items according to established procedures
What We Need from You
- Fitness to be able to work on your feet throughout the day
- Strength to lift items up to 50 pounds and perform bending and kneeling tasks
- Literacy skills for reading, writing, and basic math
- A flexible schedule to accommodate shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
