About the role
Residences at The Little Nell offers luxurious private homes and guest rooms in Aspen, Colorado. Guests enjoy exceptional personal service, luxury amenities, and breathtaking mountain views.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms in accordance with hotel procedures
- Communicate with guests to help with problems and collect information
- Restock necessary linens and amenities according to the guest room legend
- Report status of rooms cleaned and any damage, hazards, or repairs
- Perform deep cleaning of rooms twice yearly
- Assume responsibility for assigned rooms each day
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Proficient in housekeeping and hotel policies
- Knowledge of proper linen care, bed-making techniques, and room presentation standards
- Understanding of OSHA safety standards
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English
