Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms in a clean and safe condition
• Ensure all guest requests are met promptly and courteously
• Perform light cleaning tasks throughout the housekeeping department
• Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Passion for providing excellent customer service

Qualifications
