Room Attendant - PM shift

About the role

The Pullman Miami Airport is seeking individuals with great attention to detail to join our Housekeeping team. This role is crucial for ensuring a memorable guest experience through thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
• Work as a team to achieve the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness
• Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked
• Utilize equipment supplies and guest amenities appropriately
• Thoroughly clean assigned guest areas, including changing and inspecting linens and towels according to the Green Program
• Adhere to safety standards and report any hazards
• Exercise respect for guests' property
• Report to work on time and maintain accurate time records
• Be alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers
• Perform other related duties as requested by Floor Supervisor

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience desirable
• Neat, pleasant personality
• Time management skills
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions
• Ability to lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs
