Your Day to Day
- Maintain rooms to high standards
- Help guests with requests
- Keep supervisor informed of room service progress and repair needs
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment
- Be organized with supplies and minimize waste
- Reunite lost items and report found property
- Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments
- May assist with deep cleaning and turndown services
- May have additional duties as assigned
What We Need from You
- Fitness for physical role
- Strength for lifting up to 50 pounds
- Bend and kneel to complete tasks
- Literacy skills for reading, writing, and basic math
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
