Room Attendant- Housekeeper FULL TIME
About the role
Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to join their team. They are an organization committed to hospitality, respect, authenticity, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards
- Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels
- Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
- Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surroundings
- Ensure rooms are stocked with necessary amenities
- Identify and report items guests have left behind using the hotel's lost and found procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to multi-task
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Team player mentality
- Knowledge of cleanliness standards
Qualifications
The hiring process may include a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
