Room Attendant / Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest needs and requests courteously and pleasantly.
• Assist teams as needed, living the “ONE TEAM. ONE VISION.” philosophy.
• Promote and exemplify the company culture.
• Meet/exceed company goals and three metrics.
• Adhere to brand standards and report deficiencies to maintenance.
• Maintain guest rooms and public areas, including deep cleaning one room daily.
• Clean bathrooms, disinfect surfaces, and replenish supplies.
• Vacuum rooms and hallways, and report room statuses to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow fire alarm procedures.
• Avoid unauthorized access to confidential information.
• Work flexible schedules and stand/walk for 8 hours.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, and have good hearing and lifting capacity.
