We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. What You'll Do As a Room Attendant, you will help ensure every guest enjoys a fresh, comfortable, and spotless stay. Guest Room Cleaning & Preparation Thoroughly clean assigned guest rooms and suites according to Hotel Keen's quality standards.Change linens and refresh bedding in checkout rooms and stayover rooms as requested.Clean and sanitize bathrooms, replacing towels, amenities, and guest supplies.Dust, vacuum, and maintain all guest room areas to ensure exceptional cleanliness. Room Readiness & Quality Standards Ensure guest rooms are fully stocked with required supplies and amenities.Inspect rooms to ensure they meet brand and hotel cleanliness standards.Report maintenance concerns, safety issues, or room deficiencies promptly. Guest Service & Team Support Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.Assist in creating a welcoming environment for all guests.Work closely with fellow team members and hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Housekeeping Operations Maintain housekeeping carts, linen closets, and storage areas in a clean and organized condition.Follow all hotel safety procedures and cleaning protocols.Perform additional duties as assigned to support hotel operations. Preferred Qualifications Previous housekeeping, hotel, hospitality, or cleaning experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout an active workday.Must be available to work weekends and holidays as business demands require.
