Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team as a Room Attendant at the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort, you’re not just ensuring the cleanliness of guest rooms—you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make every stay special. Nestled on California's Central Coastline, just steps from pristine beaches, the property celebrates Santa Barbara's culture and history across its 24-acre resort, featuring 360 spacious rooms and 60,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.

Responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms spotless: Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Replenish linens and amenities: Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed
• Manage supplies: Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily
• Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
• Manage waste disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas
