Room Attendant- Hampton Inn & Suites-LA/Hollywood

About the role

Room Attendants play a vital role in delivering the comfort and care that define the Hampton Inn Los Angeles/Hollywood experience. Every clean room contributes to the hotel’s mission to Soar to Success and provides guests with the comfort of home.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand and hotel standards.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies as required.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report promptly.
• Ensure carts and supply areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Work in all housekeeping departments, including Houseperson, Lobby Attendant, Room Attendant, and Laundry.
• Greet guests warmly when encountered in hallways or public areas.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests.
• Report lost and found items immediately according to policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical role requiring bending, lifting up to 30 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must adhere to hotel uniform and grooming standards.
