About the Role

WinStar World Casino & Resort in Thackerville, OK is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Guest Room Attendants to help create exceptional experiences for our guests. This is a full-time position offering steady, full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize guest rooms to perfection, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, polishing mirrors, and sanitizing all surfaces.
• Ensure all supplies are replenished and rooms are ready for check-in.
• Maintain a clean and tidy space to make guests feel cared for and valued.
• Handle public areas, ensuring the entire hotel remains sparkling.
• Work as part of a close-knit housekeeping team that supports one another and achieves excellence.
• Finish each room with a sense of pride, knowing you've done your best to create a welcoming, comfortable environment.

Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, stretch, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: Pride in work and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure rooms are spotless.
• Positive Attitude: Can-do attitude, respect for others' belongings and privacy, and strong work ethic.
• Trustworthy & Reliable: Dependable and committed to providing excellent service while maintaining confidentiality and respect for guests.
