ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, club homes, and public areas, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean carpets, rugs, upholstered furniture, walls, ceilings, patios, and driveways; remove trash and debris.
- Made beds and turned mattresses; replenished linens, towels, and guest amenities.
- Collected soiled linens and maintained cleanliness and organization of linen rooms and storage areas.
- Stocked and maintained housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and equipment.
- Responded promptly to guest requests, delivering items such as linens, irons, and other amenities.
- Aided with room setup, including rollaway beds, sofa beds, and furniture arrangements.
- Cleaned public areas (offices, dining areas, parking lots, etc.) in accordance with company standards.
- Identified and reported maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost or found items.
- Ensured proper handling and documentation of lost and found items.
- Followed all safety procedures and maintained a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Communicated effectively with team members using radios and maintained a professional, courteous demeanor.
- Supported team operations and contributed to a positive and efficient work environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to operate cleaning equipment and basic computer systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone.
- Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals, biohazards, and varying weather conditions.
