About the role
As a Room Attendant, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms. Your duties include making beds, vacuuming, dusting, replenishing amenities, inspecting for maintenance issues, and restocking supplies. You'll also provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and ensuring a pleasant stay.
Qualifications
- One-year Housekeeping experience
- Prior experience in a luxury hotel preferred
- Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Communicate in basic conversational English with team members and guests
- Additional language skills are welcomed and valued
