About the role
Room Attendants play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and quality of guest rooms, corridors, and service areas at Staypineapple hotels.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning public areas and assigned rooms within allotted time according to hotel standards including changing beds, dusting furniture, replenishing towels and guest supplies, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping.
- Ensuring that corridors are free of all debris, room service trays, etc.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of service areas, linen closets, and employee areas.
- Preventing loss and damage to hotel supplies, property, and guests' property by ensuring guest rooms and carts are secure.
Requirements
- One month of related experience preferred.
- Ability to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team dynamic.
- Proficient at fulfilling requests in a thorough and timely manner.
- Able to learn quickly and take direction.
- Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
Qualifications
