Join our team as a Room Attendant and create joyful moments for our guests with each and every detail you own in your role. As part of the Stanly Ranch family, we are looking for a detail-driven hospitality professional who has a passion for cleanliness and attention to detail. Be the silent architect of memorable stays, ensuring that every corner sparkles with comfort and warmth for our valued guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to ensure prompt resolution.
• Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness standards and policies in all assigned areas.
• Restock and maintain inventory of guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Requirements

• One year of housekeeping experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Prior experience in a luxury hotel preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Pay

The starting range for this position is $21.00 per hour. This is the pay rate Stanly Ranch reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on experience and education.
