About the role
Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to join their team at the Hilton Garden Inn Albany Airport. The company is committed to hospitality, respect, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards
- Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels
- Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
- Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surroundings
- Ensure rooms are stocked with necessary items such as soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
- Identify and report items guests have left behind using the hotel's lost and found procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to multi-task
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Team player mentality
- Knowledge of cleanliness standards

Pay
- Compensation Range: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
