About the role

The Room Attendant at Sandpiper Resort plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our inn rooms and cabins. This position requires a dependable and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to upholding our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the front desk and maintenance teams, the Room Attendant ensures a welcoming environment for all guests through timely cleaning, laundry duties, and effective communication.
• Communicate and assist in solving guest complaints or concerns while maintaining an excellent appearance and providing feedback in a constructive and positive manner.
• Load utility cart with linen & cleaning supplies.
• Drive in all types of weather from laundry room to inn/cabins to clean.
• Communicate with the front desk and maintenance department to ensure work orders and projects are completed in a timely manner.
• Clean inn rooms and cabins according to Sandpiper Resort’s standard of excellence.
• Daily laundry duties as needed.
