About the Role

As a Room Attendant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that every guest finds their room in impeccable condition. Your role is crucial in making each guest's stay comfortable, clean, and memorable.

Responsibilities

• Clean and restock the required number of guest rooms each shift, making sure every room meets our high standards of comfort and cleanliness.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Notify your supervisor of any missing items or maintenance issues and ensure each room is fully stocked and in top condition for the next guest.
• Approach each task with a friendly, service‑oriented attitude, ensuring guests feel valued and welcomed through the cleanliness and presentation of their rooms.
• Follow all pre‑cleaning duties like stocking your cart with fresh supplies and linens.
• Keep hallways, public areas, and closets organized, neat, and vacuumed to make sure every corner of the hotel is guest‑ready.
• Follow proper protocol for handling lost and found items, helping to return misplaced belongings to their owners.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1+ year of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Flexible availability.
