Responsibilities
- Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival
- Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel
- Perform laundry duties as necessary
- Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
- Avoid damage and report repairs needed to management
- Report lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager
- Aid guests with requests and questions
Qualifications
- Comfortable communicating with guests and Housekeeping staff
- Ability to perform daily tasks required for the position
- Teamwork among all housekeeping staff
- High level of customer service
