About the role

Room attendants are the backbone of My Place Hotel, responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean all assigned guest rooms and public areas, including changing linens, inspecting mattress pads, blankets, and bedspreads, and sorting laundry.
• Bathroom Cleaning: Remove used towels, replace with clean ones, scrub bathroom surfaces, and ensure hygiene.
• Re-fresh Room: Open windows to let in fresh air, and check for and remove trash.
• Carpet Care: Vacuum guest rooms, hallways, and public area carpets.
• Maintenance Coordination: Report necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the maintenance team.
• Deep Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned, ensuring thorough and high-quality cleaning standards.
• Key Security: Keep the master key and room keys secure, and report any potential safety or security hazards.
• Trash and Vacuum Maintenance: Empty vacuum cleaners daily and take trash to the dumpster.
• Safety and Security: Contribute to a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
