Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to Marriott's high standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly.
• Ensure guest privacy and security by following established procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver exceptional service.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
