About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
• Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, storage areas, and supply carts
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed to support the overall cleanliness of the hotel

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks and lift supplies
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety standards
