About the Role

The Room Attendant/Housekeeping Host at Hyatt Place Sterling/Dulles Airport-North plays a key role in delivering the Hyatt Place experience—relaxed style paired with high standards of excellence. You will contribute to the hotel’s commitment to exceptional guest service and teamwork by maintaining clean, comfortable, and inviting guest rooms while offering welcoming, helpful, and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of assigned guest rooms to Hyatt Place standards.
• Provide welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service to hotel guests, ensuring a "larger than home" experience.
• Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking and adapting to guest needs.

Requirements

• Prior cleaning experience required.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• Strong command of the English language (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a guest-facing, fast-paced role.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Pay

Hourly rate: $16.50.
