As a Room Attendant with Waterford Hotel Group, you play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You are responsible for creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments that allow our guests to relax and feel at home. Through attention to detail, efficiency, and pride in your work, you directly contribute to guest satisfaction, brand standards, and the overall success of the property.
You are an ambassador of the hotel, promoting a positive image through professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence. Every room you service represents our commitment to quality and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests and responding to queries.
- Changing bed linen and making beds.
- Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
- Sweeping and mopping floors.
- Vacuuming carpets.
- Dusting and polishing furniture.
- Emptying trash containers.
- Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
- Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
- Updating status of guest rooms to Supervisors or Managers.
- Returning and restocking cleaning supplies at shift end.
Requirements
- A keen eye for detail, time management, and great customer service skills.
- Pleasant and friendly demeanor.
- Able to work as a team and independently.
- Flexible working hours.
- Able to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
- Physical mobility and stamina.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Ability to follow instructions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in housekeeping or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
