Hampton Inn & Suites Kansas City Downtown Crossroads is seeking a Room Attendant to join their team. The role involves creating clean, fresh spaces, providing service excellence, and ensuring guest safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Create Clean, Fresh Spaces: Transform guest rooms into inviting accommodations ensuring impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Create Comfort: Prepare beds by changing linens and remaking them with care ensuring guests experience a welcoming and cozy atmosphere during their stay.
• Provide Service Excellence: Anticipate guests' needs by replenishing amenities and respond to guest requests with a sense of urgency.
• Create Immaculate Bathrooms: Polish and refresh showers, tubs, sinks, and bathroom amenities to ensure a pristine and rejuvenating experience.
• Ensure Guest Safety and Well Being: Inspect rooms for safety hazards and for the operating condition of equipment and report any issues to maintenance.

Requirements

• Experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
• Attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
• Able to work independently while maintaining timelines.
