Hampton Inn and Suites Riverplace Downtown Greenville is seeking a Room Attendant to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms, creating exceptional guest experiences, and enjoying a competitive salary in a fun, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Create Clean, Fresh Spaces: Transform guest rooms into inviting accommodations ensuring impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Create Comfort: Prepare beds by changing linens and remaking them with care ensuring guests experience a welcoming and cozy atmosphere.
• Provide Service Excellence: Anticipate guests' needs by replenishing amenities and responding to requests with urgency.
• Create Immaculate Bathrooms: Polish and refresh showers, tubs, sinks, and bathroom amenities to ensure a pristine and rejuvenating experience.
• Ensure Guest Safety and Well Being: Inspect rooms for safety hazards and report any issues to maintenance.

Requirements

• Experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
• Attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in work.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining timelines.

Skills

• Attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to navigate various departments of the organization's premises.
