As a Room Attendant, you’re not just ensuring the cleanliness of guest rooms – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Responsibilities Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Keep guest rooms spotless: Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning tasks as neededReplenish linens and amenities: Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as neededManage supplies: Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart dailyDelight our guests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteouslyManage waste disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas Qualifications What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, Our Core Values Define What It Takes To Succeed Here And Guide The Qualities We Look For In Every Team Member A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality. According to UNITE HERE L19, the new hire hourly rate for this position is $25.36 for the First 6 months. After the First 6 months the rate will increase to $28.53. After 12 months, the rate will increase to the CBA rate of $31.70.
