About the role
The InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport offers a variety of positions including Room Attendant, Executive Housekeeper, Director of Rooms, Director of Food and Beverage, Lead Line Cook, Laundry Attendant, Bartender, Front Desk Supervisor, Banquet Cook, Barista, Hotel Food & Beverage Outlets Manager, Hotel Maintenance / Engineer, Catering Sales Manager, Guest Services Agent, and more.
Responsibilities
- Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum guest rooms and bathrooms to meet hotel standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and keep bathrooms sparkling clean.
- Restock guest room supplies such as soap and shampoo.
- Organize linen closets, restock carts, and prepare for the next shift.
- Greet guests with a friendly smile during your shift.
Requirements
- Basic English communication skills.
- At least 1 year of related experience in a hotel.
- Continuous movement, regular bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25-30 pounds.
- Lifting or moving up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Standing and walking for an entire shift.
- Performing repetitive motions.
Qualifications
Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Skills
Attention to detail, customer service orientation, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
