About the role

The Fairfield Inn & Suites® by Marriott Buffalo Airport is conveniently located across from Buffalo Airport with free airport shuttle service, you’ll also be 3 miles from Walden Galleria Mall and less than 10 miles from Downtown Buffalo. Our Fairfield has 140 beautifully appointed guest rooms, and we serve complimentary breakfast buffet to all our guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service.
• This includes cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms.
• Reporting discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Working typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Able to work on feet for extended periods.
• Able to navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., and lift, carry up to 25 lbs.
