About the role
We are seeking an entry-level Roofing Technical Representative to support sales teams by inspecting commercial roofs, identifying problem areas, and measuring roofs to estimate materials and labor needs.
The role involves travelling to customer sites and occasional overnight trips, reporting to the Duluth office weekly.
Responsibilities
- Inspect commercial roofs and identify problem areas
- Measure roofs to estimate materials and labor needs
- Communicate with customers
- Assist in proposal creation
- Market for new accounts
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and estimating software
- Construction or roofing experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to climb ladders up to 25 feet
Qualifications
- Experience with various commercial roofing systems (preferred but training will be provided)
- College degree in Construction Management or related field (a plus)

Pay
Competitive salary of $50,000–$55,000 plus bonuses and benefits.
