Roofing Specialist (Sales)
About the role
Thrive Roofing Co. is building a winning sales team and is seeking motivated individuals to join the roofing specialist sales team. The next onboarding group starts on Monday, July 13, and we are adding a limited number of new representatives to the team.
Responsibilities
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods
- Inspect roofs for storm damage
- Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
- Secure signed contingency agreements
- Meet with insurance adjusters
- Guide customers through the restoration process
- Submit project documentation
- Maintain customer communication from sale to completion
Requirements
- Highly competitive and self-motivated
- Strong communicator who connects easily with people
- Comfortable working outdoors and knocking doors
- Coachable and willing to follow proven systems (no experience required)
- Organized and dependable
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
