Roofing Service Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Sales Representative to join our team in Springfield, MA. This role supports our Sales Teams in our Western Massachusetts & Vermont territory.

Responsibilities

• Self-generating opportunities, prospecting, cold calling
• Marketing your efforts through cold calling, performing site inspections, generating proposals, and selling commercial/industrial roofing projects
• Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports to management
• Visit client's facility, build business relationships and present information about CentiMark Corporation

Requirements

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience
• Commercial roofing experience/knowledge
• Experience in growing market share
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
• Strong mathematics and computer skills
• Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
• Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills

Candidate Qualifications

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
• Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required
• Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred
• Experience in growing market share is preferred
• Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential
• Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities are essential
• Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills are essential
