Roofing Service & Repair Manager

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the roofing service and repair operations, managing teams, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Manage and motivate a team of roofers and technicians to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates on project progress.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in roofing management or related field.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications
