Roofing Service Foreman

About the Role

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, is seeking an experienced Roofing Service Foreman for the greater Knoxville area. The position offers competitive wages, a large backlog of work, year‑round employment, and strong growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose commercial roof leaks and perform appropriate repairs.
• Lead roof maintenance and small repair jobs.
• Complete paperwork and time sheets accurately.
• Ensure compliance with CentiMark safety policies.
• Maintain a professional presence on job sites, including out‑of‑town travel as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in commercial roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and metal roof repairs.
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and climb ladders to heights of at least 25 ft.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel out of town as required.

Pay

$26 /hr – $28 /hr, based on experience.

Schedule

• Dayshift hours.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Overtime as needed.
• Out‑of‑town travel required for certain projects.
